OEM Branding, what do I get?

When we OEM brand our products, we customize the entire contents to fit your company image. This includes:

Name and Logo printed onto the units
Case label color scheme to match your company or product colors
Custom packaging using either a gift box and soft bag or a hard plastic case
Custom manuals which we write from our templates
Fast product turn around
All at no cost to you

This allows your company to promote your product and brand without worrying about your customers purchasing units from your competitors. The entire package which you purchase from us is branded in the way you want it.

Once you've approved the designs we can generally have your products shipped to you with in 6 to 8 weeks. Normally, the entire process will take around 8 to 12 weeks from the time we begin to the time we ship the products to you.

Minimum Orders and Conditions

We do not charge for OEM branding and we won't sign you up to a complex contract, just your agreement to purchase the products. The minimum order is for 1000 units for each product you want to OEM brand - i.e. 1000 TENS, STIM, EMG units and 5000 Vaginal Probes.

Before we begin branding your products we will need to receive a depositfor the order before we begin production. You as the client will be responsible for approving our work. If a document or design isn't approved by you the customer then it will not be started. It is expected that our customers take an active part in this phase of the design to ensure that they receive exactly what they want. With active co-operation between both companies the design phase generally takes four weeks. If multiple products are branded, this process may be take a little longer. These time limits will be outlined to you when you generate the order.

Re-ordering

Generally we don't keep stock of your branded products unless specificed by a contract. But we do keep all parts and materials excluding manuals and labelsrequired to build the products when you re-order which keeps downtime to a minimum.
